ALERT: CITIBANK CLIENTS USING SECUREPAY
If you are having an issue uploading your created positive pay file to Citibankbusinessonline, it is due to a file extension change made on their end.
Please go into SecurePay and change the file extension of the created positive pay file from .ctg to .txt. Once you save it in SecurePay all future files will have the .txt extension.
